Minerva was a step relative of my Father’s. When we would go to Island Heights we would see them. She had a daughter and son about my age. I will not write here but will tell you when I see you. The boy had more comic books than you can imagine and he gave them to me. I have often wondered how much money I could have gotten if I had saved them until later. I think Minerva was related to my Father’s Grandmother’s “other” family. Her first husband, Daddy’s GF died quite young and she married someone else. There were lots of cousins from that marriage that Daddy kept in contact with and who I met, especially when we were in IH. Some of them lived in Yeadon, near Upper Darby. Minerva’s last name later was Irons.

Minerva is a name written on the back of the photo. I don’t think she’s a relation. Perhaps she was a neighbor of Grandfather’s…
